The low down to what is going down New Year’s Eve in Ibiza

The past few months in Ibiza have been a welcomed detox after the summer brought such pure debauchery and hedonism to the island. Of course you can find a few parties here and there and to be honest, only a few weeks go by before we found ourselves in Pacha again mixing with the rest of the party people. But we’ve really been saving ourselves for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Here’s the low down to what is going down…

Lio goes to Pacha on the 31st of December which means part goers can enjoy a fabulous, all singing, all dancing dinner show, which Lio, based in the marina of Ibiza is famous for. The acrobatic dancers and embellished entertainers meet eccentric glamour making this one knock out show to go with the gastronomical feast – your last of 2015! Dinner is from 9pm, reserve your table via phone +34 971 313 600.

We couldn’t think of any better party to toast to a prosperous 2016 than Circo Loco at DC10. Only a few days to go until everyone’s favourite underground club opens its doors for a special fiesta on New Year’s Day. This year’s headliner is absolutely legendary with techno god, Mr Ritchie Hawtin taking to the decks. It’s going to be one killer party with a stellar line up including The Martinez Brothers, Tania Vulcano, D’Julz, Steve Rachmond, Clive Henry, Acid Mondays, Sossa, Djebali and Nick Curly. We can hardly contain our excitement. Seriously. All very good practice for Ibiza summer 2016! Get your tickets here.

Underground will be hosting a party from 1am and in true Underground style, not much has been released but it’s a guaranteed great night out so we’re certain this will not disappoint. Keep an eye on their social channels for updates.

Of course, it’s not just about clubbing, there are plenty of public events happening around the island in Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Santa Eulalia. The usual festivities and fireworks with a family friendly environment will mean you can see in the new year with your loved ones.

Happy New Year from everyone at Ibiza My Holidays – party safe!
