Price
The prices include all costs: water, electricity (except for certain villas), gas, swimming pool and laundry.
Sheets and towels are changed once a week. However, you have to bring your own beach towels.
The maintenance of the pool and gardens is included in the rental price.
On the first day of rental, customers will receive the keys and the key ring. The key ring with all the keys must ‘be returned the day of departure.

Check-in, Check-out time
Check-in : between 5:00 and 07:00 pm. Check-out : between 08:00 and 10:00 am. If the customer doesn’t arrive on the scheduled date,
for whatever reason must necessarily inform the agent as soon as possible or he will lose the booking.
If you interrupt your stay, you can’t have a refund.

Cleaning
The villa has to be left as you found it. If this clause is not respected, 5% of a week rental will be deducted from the security deposit.
Some hours of cleaning per week are included in the rent.

Inconveniences
Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible for irregularities and failures with regard to the water, electricity and telephone etc. ..
The same in cases of public or private or a work in progress so we cannot be held responsible.

Pets
Pets are allowed , only if requested and accepted before signing the contract.

Security Deposit
In addition to the price of the villa we will inform you also about the security deposit, as a guarantee.
For the deposit payment we propose 3 modalities:
– By bank transfer, 1 month before your arrival.
– In cash at the time of pick up the keys. The deposit refund will be given back at the time of departure,
once verified the inventory of fixtures and after the possible deduction of the phone consumption.
– By credit card: it is advisable to check that your bank authorizes the blocking of the guarantee.
This amount will be blocked on your bank account during the duration of your stay + 7 days and we will cancel your
credit card authorization one checked that there is no damage inside the villa. In case of problems with your credit card,
we will require the deposit amount in cash. You can’t stay in the villa if you don’t leave the security deposit.
Cardholder and the credit card number will be copied on the contract.
We can only accept the credit card of the person who signed the contract.

Cancelation Policy
– If cancelled with more than 45 days notice before the date of the arrival: cancellation charge shall be 30% of the amount.
– Between 45 and 30 days before the date of the arrival: cancellation charge will be the 30% of the amount.
– Between 30 days and the date of the arrival: the total amount.

Complaint
If you want to submit a claim about the quality of your stay in the villa, you must inform us by telephone,
within 72 hours of your arrival, after this time no claims will be taken into account.
The claim will be immediately sent to the owner and as soon as it possible we will notify you.
