Check-in time is from 3:00 pm on the date of the arrival. (Unless stated otherwise).
The Check-out is by 12:00 am on the day of departure. (with possibility to leave your luggage at the agency or to extend under approval of the agency).
If you delay your check-out, an extra fee will be required.
If you do not arrive on the scheduled date or timetable, for any reason, you have to inform the administrative office of Ibiza My Holidays.
The deposit amount, agreed with us previously, changes depending on the total rental amount and the value of the property;
and must be paid before or at the time of pick up the keys. The refund of this amount will be given at the time of departure,
once checked that there is no damage. In the event that it is not possible to check the apartment,
the amount may be freezed for a maximum of 7 days, in which time we check everything and then we refund the deposit using bank transfer.The price includes:
a) House furnishings.
b) Pots and pans; utensils.
c) Electricity, water and gas charges (unless stated otherwise).
d) Maintenance of outdoor spaces.
g) Cleaning supplies (broom, mop, etc …)
h) Cleaning before your arrival.The property must be returned in optimal conditions.
The rate for the deposit depends on the number of the people mentioned in the rent agreement.
If the number of people is more than agreed and allowed, the customer can’t claim a lack of amenities.
In any case the accommodation of a higher number of people than indicated is not allowed,
without previous agreement with Ibiza My Holidays.
If objects, furniture and utensils are broken and not in good condition when you arrive, you should immediately inform our staff,
who will repair them as soon as possible. Customers will be the only guilty of imperfections and damages to the property,
and the fees for necessary repairs will be charged to them.
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and you have to leave it in the same conditions. If this clause is not respected,
the corresponding rate for the extra cleaning will be detracted from the deposit.
We furnish clean linens and towels in the apartment, once a week.
– If cancelled more than 45 days before the date of the arrival: cancellation charge shall be 20% of the amount.
– Between 45 and 30 days before the date of the arrival: cancellation charge will the 30% of the amount.
– Between 30 days and the date of the arrival: 50% of the amount (that correspond to the deposit).
The Ibiza My Holidays Staff will try to replace your booking cancelled by another one, to try to recover, even entirely, the deposit paid.
If you lose the key of the apartment or you don’t give it back, we will charge a fee for the lock change.
If you want to submit a claim about the quality of the rent, you must inform us by telephone, within 72 hours of your arrival
